Approximate Year: 2000, Originally Obtained From: Paul Mundy, Much like its predecessor, except that it's made of translucent plastic. Disgustingly, the twist tie is affixed INSIDE THE BAG. Therefore, if you use the bag for its intended purpose, you have to stick your hand in the bag to retrieve the twist tie.
